Vibe Coder Sim

Vibe Coder Sim is a first-person life sim about making a living by vibe coding: you don't really know how to program, but you have an AI and a lot of faith.

Start in a tiny bedroom with $50 and an old PC. Accept jobs from very questionable clients ("Tinder, but for plants"), write real prompts to the in-game AI, run the code, paste the errors back... and deliver it anyway if the deadline is coming.

FEATURES

- Prompt the AI yourself: type real prompts. Mention the client's requirements, the tech stack, ask for tests... The better your prompt, the fewer bugs.

- Bugs, terminal errors and live previews of the apps you build (sometimes the landing page is just a purple gradient).

- Found your startup: hire juniors, prompt engineers and a CTO who wants to rewrite everything in Rust. Raise rounds and go public.

- Stream your coding: live chat, trolls, challenges, raids and donations.

- Upgrade your life: kitchen, pro office, server room, garden with pool, BBQ and vegetable patch, and a garage full of (totally fictional) supercars.

- Stack Overflow Casino: slots, roulette, blackjack, bingo and Texas Hold'em poker against AI opponents with personality. Fictional in-game money only.

- English and Spanish, original music and sound.

GOAL: 

reach $10,000... and then take your company public.

Controls: WASD move / Mouse look / Shift run / E interact / F use the PC / Esc pause

Windows 10/11, 64-bit. There's a graphics quality option for lower-end PCs.

Windows SmartScreen may say "Windows protected your PC" because the game isn't digitally signed (normal for indie games): click "More info" > "Run anyway".

Made solo with Unity, and with a lot of help from AI, which felt only fair for a game about vibe coding.
